This property in Harrow was flooded when the owners were away on holiday they returned to the following flood damage to there house.
Because of the very cold weather a pipe in the loft froze expanded and pushed the fitting away from the central heating expansion tank, the escaping water must have been flooding out for at lest 48h before a neighbour sounded the alarm and the fire brigade were called that cut the water off and the following day the owners returned to all the damage. dehumidifiers
